Declaration of Obligation

Simon Melancon to the Succession of the late Amand Melancon
Owe to the sucn. money for payment of the plantation which he purchased on 
date June 3, 1786, which money he promised to pay at the decease of Mrs. Anne 
Babin, widow of Amand Melancon, to be incorporated in the property that she 
might leave.
