At request of Ane Babien, widow of Aman Melanson; and of Joseph Melanson, her step-son. Inventory - A plantation of seve arpents of front on the river on the ordinary depth. Half of the amount of inventory belongs to Mrs. Ane Babien widow of Aman Melanson and the other half to the six minors who are Joseph, Nannet, Simon, Felisite, Gregoir, Constancse. Appears: Joseph Melanson who has received his part of that which belonged to Mrs. Madelene LeBlanc, his mother, as well as that which comes to him from the sucn. of the late Aman Melanson, his father; for the share of his mother, he takes same in land and animals; for share of his father, he takes animals. Declaration of Ane Babin that she accepts the above appraisal and inventory.
