Minor's Mortgage -
Charles Mellancon and his wife, Mrs. Claire Braud, widow of Pierre Comau To 
Minor Marie Constance, child of the decd. Pierre Comau, with her tutor's 
consent, Joseph Comau


For the receipt of money coming from the succession of her decd. husband 
belonging to her minor daughter, her present husband, Mellancon mortgages all 
his property and especially: His plantation situated on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river in the District of Cabahanosse containing four and a half 
arpents, the buildings, enclosures, which he might have thereon; which belongs 
to him for having been purchased (torn) Mellancon his brother, about 4 years 
ago, according to the act passed before Mr. Cantrelle, Commandant, of the said 
Cabahanosse.
