Special Procuration

Joseph Mollere, in capacity of Testamentary Executor of his decd. father-in-
law (or step-father) the late Anselme Blanchard, he gives procuration to 
Waillette, lawyer, in the cause pending before this Tribunal between him and 
Laurent Sigur. In his name and representing his own person in said capacity of 
Testamentary Executor of said Anselme Blanchard, (in order to facilitate a 
regular and convenient sale of the land which was possessed in this County, by 
the said Laurent Sigur, which is ordered by decree of the above said Superior 
Tribunal, in order to come to a complete payment of that which the same Sigur 
owes thereon) Accords release of mortgage which the above said Laurent Sigur 
had consented to on March 5, 1997 of the above said land in favor of the said 
decd. Anselme Blanchard. To giving him authority receive account as payment of 
said land and give acquittance therefor.
