Order ordering same. Date: April 21, 1808 Appeared Pierre Sigur who declares that he is Surety for Magloire Dupuis. And afterwards, below this act, stating that he not having understood same, he cancells his mtg. which he had given on his plantation of eight arpents in front and eighty in depth.
