This day, April 19, 1805, the Commandant had appear, Pierre Braud cited in the declaration, of Joseph Orillion, Jr. who declared that he had passed on the plantation of his uncle, Joseph Orillion, Sr. and that he had seen the two pistols. Same date, Appeared Margueritte Orillion, declaring the same; and that they did not know the owner thereof.
