Date: April 17, 1805

Declaration -
Joseph Orillion, Jr. who declared that yesterday, his son, Orillion, while 
walking in the garden with his aunt, Margueritte Orillion and his cousin, 
Pierre Braud, had come to the fence fronting the road on the side of the 
corner, of the said above, and had seen a large cabbage and two pistols, which 
he declares to have found thus.




This day, April 19, 1805, the Commandant had appear, Pierre Braud cited in the 
declaration, of Joseph Orillion, Jr. who declared that he had passed on the 
plantation of his uncle, Joseph Orillion, Sr. and that he had seen the two 
pistols.




Same date, Appeared Margueritte Orillion, declaring the same; and that they 
did not know the owner thereof.
