Date: November 15, 1798 Inventory - A plantation situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of 9 arpents front by forty of depth, bounded above by lands of the decd. Dn Beltran Gravier and below by those of Felipe Roth, with the edifices, fences and some dependencies, etc. Date: Statement by Commandant that public notices would be affixed of the public sale of property. Date: November 25, 1798 Notification of public sale. Date: December 2, 1798 2nd notification of public sale. Public sale. And adjudication of: the referred plantation of the property of Dn Estevan Watts situated in this same District on the right bank of the Mississippi river composed of nine to ten arpents of front, little more or less, by forty of depth, bounded above by lands of the decd.
