Minor's Mortgage -
Alexandre Landry to Minor, Alexandre Vita Rivet

Alexandre Landry had received money from Augustin Landry, who had been tutor 
of minor child of decd. Michel Rivet; Augustin Landry now being dead for ten 
years - and for security of the sum, Alexandre Landry mortgages:
His plantation situated on (torn) of the Mississippi river, (torn) above by 
lands of Pierre Rivet and below by those of Paul Ebert Jr. containing five 
arpents and a half or thereabout of front, on the ordinary depth of forty 
arpents.


(on the margin in Spanish): Note: Mortgage cancelled, by receipt executed. 
Date: October 15, 1798.
