Obligation - Phillippe Roth declares that he owes Antoine Dubuclet, sum of 
money loaned him, for which he mortgages:
The plantation which he possesses and occupies situated in this County, on the 
right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Joseph 
Mollere and below by those of me, the said Judge, P. Belly, composed of five 
arpents of front with forty of depth, I say, with eighty of depht, the 
buildings, enclosures, in a word, such as it comprises and contains actually 
with the improvements and additions which it might have and will have.



(And written in English below this):
Parish of Iberville 23 Sept. 1807. Received of N. Meriam Judge of the said 
Pairsh, the papers relative to the Succession of Mary Jos. Leblanc, widow 
Hebert of Baton Rouge also have received of the papers of Jean Longepee and 
Ambrose Longepee of the said Parish to be deposited in the records thereon.
