Belly and below to that of the same Antoine Dubuclet, composed of three arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty; I say, three arpents, forty- eight feet, seven inches of front on the ordinary depth of forty, the same which belonged to me for having been obtained at the time of the sale of the property of my decd. father, Joseph Roth and afterwards, by the partition which my brother, Phillippe Roth had made with me, on 24th of Feb. of the year passed, 1804.
