Procuration - 
Jean Serret, Inspector of Masts for the Marine Arsenal has declared that he 
gives authority to Laurent Sigur - to prosecute Mr. Joseph Bonneville for the 
payment of a sum which Mrs. Anne Sigur, his wife had loaned him, without 
executing a note; and to stop him from cutting wood in her cypress grove 
situated below the Cut-off of the (Appaire) and which belongs to the declarer 
Mrs. Sigur, by concession of the Government and which is in partnership with 
the said Mr. Sigur.
