Houbre and Michel Mahier, atty for Charlotte Houbre, heirs of Estate. By which Jacques received $300 prin. & $300 int. due him from estate and to be paid previous to division of property among the heirs; after payment of debts, etc. the remainder to be divided between the heirs giving each equal portion; for the disbribution of which, the heirs named Michel Mahier; and they now discharge Michel Mahier of his responsibility; having received their shares from Michel Mahier.
