Acquittance - Appeared: the heirs of Marie Josephe St. Yve and of Germin 
Magloire, his wife, have presented the following to be recorded:

By agreement between Jacques Houbre, Marie Joseph Houbre and Michel Mahier, as 
attorney for Charlotte Houbre on Jan. 14, 1806; relative to the divisions of 
the Estate of the late Mary Joseph St. Yve and Germain Magloire between the 
Jes Houbre, M.J. Houbre and Michel Mahier, atty for Charlotte Houbre, heirs of 
Estate. By which Jacques received $300 prin. & $300 int. due him from estate 
and to be paid previous to division of property among the heirs; after payment 
of debts, etc. the remainder to be divided between the heirs giving each equal 
portion; for the disbribution of which, the heirs named Michel Mahier; and 
they now discharge Michel Mahier of his responsibility; having received their 
shares from Michel Mahier.
