Date: June 26, 1804

Afft. of Ed. Sullivan against Diego Racio that the latter had stolen his 
horse. Afft. of Diego Racio that he had used, with consent, the horse, to go 
to Galveztown, and thence to the Manshack Church on the Mississippi river, and 
back home. Affts. that they had sailed together from New Orleans to Havanna 
and from there in the King's galley, to this place.
