Public Sale - Succession of Jean Jacque Theriau

At the request of Firmin Dupuy, as being married to Marie Joseph Theriau of 
Guillerume Hendersone, as being married to Jeanne Marie Theriau; for himself 
as well as for Rosalie Theriau, minor daughter, of whom he is tutor; with the 
authorization of the relatives, and of Genevieve Theriau, major daughter, 
according to an authority addressed to Firmin Dupuy. 
Tact containing five arpents and some toises situated on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, adjacent above to a tract belonging to the Widow Jean 
Charle Breau and below to that of Jean Baptiste Landry, which belonged 
formerly to Jean Jacque Theriau, which remains as an inheritance to the above 
said, at his decease. 
Adjudicated to Guillaume Hendersone.
