Tact containing five arpents and some toises situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to a tract belonging to the Widow Jean Charle Breau and below to that of Jean Baptiste Landry, which belonged formerly to Jean Jacque Theriau, which remains as an inheritance to the above said, at his decease.
