Receipt - Mortgage - Joseph Ache to Joseph Ebert

Received sum for which he mortgages, until complete payment:
A tract belonging to me (Joseph Ache) situated in the District of Atakapas on 
the West bank of the Bayou called Teiche, between the possessions above of 
Amant Broussard and below by those of Dn Francisco Gausoulin, composed of four 
aprents of front with the ordinary depth, which belongs to me for having been 
purchased of the said Dn Franco Gausoulin by deed executed before Dn Luis 
DeBlanc Commandant of that post, on the twenty-third day of the month July of 
the year passed of one thousand eight hundred, according to the copy of said 
deed, which I present and insert in this obligation.
