All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net January 12, 2007, 5:21 pm Written: April 28, 1803 Date: April 28, 1803 Sale - Christoval de Armas to Thomas Estevan A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in this District of Iberville, on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of two arpents and some toises of front with the ordinary depth of foryt, having to run the lines of depth in proportion to its front, according to and in conformity with the running of those of the figurative plan and title of concession of the same and including same of the ownership of Dn Timoleon LeSassier, in which authority by said plan and title, bounded above by lands of the said Dn Timoleon LeSassier and below by those of Simon Babin; with, besides, they cypresses and oaks which are contained in the extension of a third, more or less, of an arpent, seven toises and three feet of land of front on the depth of forty, situated in the said District and bank of the same river, between the possessions above of Ypolito Landry and below by Joseph Leblanc, called Adux, the same land, cypress trees and oak trees, which were possessed and purchased of Franco Poujol by deed executed before the actual Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas, on the twenty-third of the present month and year, which land, cypresses and oaks, selling free of encumbrances.
