Sale - Dragus Arnandez to Laurance Dupuy

A certain tract of land situated on the North East side of the Mississippi 
River, (towit) four acres fronting the river more or less, and in depth 
ordinary, and bounded as follows, on the upper line by the said Laurence Dupuy 
and on the lower line by John Baptiste Dupuy.
