All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net February 20, 2007, 8:08 pm Written: December 2, 1805 Date: December 2, 1805 Deed of Exchange - Diego Arnandez to Joseph Arnandez, his son: A tract or plantation of his ownership, situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Jacques Arnandez and below by those of Jean Pierre Ebert, composed of three arpents of front on forty of depth which belongs to the said Diego Arnandez for having been purchased with three aprents of land of front, besides, on forty of depth (which his son, Jacques, has and occupies actually) from Simon Joseph Dupuis by act passed before Nicolas DeVerbois former Commandant of this District of Iberville, the fifteenth day of the month June of the year one thousand seven hundred ninety-one, which is deposited in the archives of this County. Joseph Arnandez to Diego Arnandez, his father: A tract of his ownership, situated in this said County, on the right bank of the river, adjacent above to the properties of his said father, Diego Arnandez and below to those of Charles Ebert, composed of three aprents of front, on forty of depth; the same which belongs to him for having been received in marriage of his above said father according to this contract passed before Francois Rivas, former Commandant of the District of Iberville, 7th Sept. 1803.
