Sale - Christophe Artacho to Bernard Ferrary

A tract situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded above by the properties of John Bacon, as being in the stead rights of 
David Powen, and below by those of Isidore Labove, composed of two arpents of 
front on forty of depth, the buildings, enclosures, and other things which 
might be thereon built, in a word, such as it comprises and contains, the same 
which he purchased with two other aprents of land front on forty of depth on 
account of half with the same David Powen by act consented by Pierre Labove 
the 22nd of Oct. 1802 before Charles De Grand-Pre, Gov. at Baton Rouge; 
(reserving some cypress trees)
