Sale - Gabriel Lauriot, free negro, as attorney in fact of Mrs. Marie 
Ayedelle, Widow of Pierre Loriot to Jacque Larcheveque

A cypress grove, situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent 
above to the lands of Mr. Perret and below to those of Dn Franco Niano, 
containing ten arpents of front on the ordinary depth, in a word, such as the 
said cypress grove comprises and contains at present, which belongs to the 
said lady for having been acquired at the price of the estimation from the 
property of her late husband.
