Acknowledgment of Sale -
Marie Joseph Landry, widow of Ignace Babin who declared that on April 6, 1790, 
under private act, the said late Ignace Babin had sold to Paul Babin
A plantation situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent 
above to the lands of Pierre Clouatre and below to those of Simon Richard, 
containing six arpents seven toises and four feet front on the ordinary depth 
of forty arpents. She places him in possession.
