Sale - Joseph Babin to Jean Pierre Culler

Three arpents and a half of front taking from the upper part of the land which 
he has in this said Post, situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to the plantation of the Widow of Theodor Rivet and below to 
that of Mr. Simon Joseph Dupuy, which belongs to him for having been exchaged 
with Simon Forest by act passed before me on the date of the 9th of August 
passed.
