Sale - Simon Pierre Babin to Jacque McDonnel

A tract of six arpents of front on the depth which corresponds to it, situated 
in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above and 
below to the lands of Mr. Jean Harrison, in the Point called of Comau, selling 
the said tract such as it comprises and contains at present, which belongs to 
him for having been acquired of Mr. Theodor Duga and Mrs. Magdelaine Richard 
by act passed before me and deposited in the archives of this Commandant, on 
the date of this day.
