Receipt - Juan Bautista Babin to Donato Ebert

Sum for the sale of a plantation or tract belonging to him, situated in this 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part 
by lands of Isaac Leblanc and below by those of his son, Juan Pedro Babin, 
composed of four arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, as 
confirmed by the deed of sale which was executed before me on the said tenth 
of April of the year passed of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
