Joseph Mollere, and below by those of Joseph Orillon, Jr. with its dependencies, which was possessed by part coming from the inheritance which we received from our deceased father and mother; and the remainder by having been purchased of Maria Magdalena and Margarita Ysavel Babin, our sisters by deed executed before the actual Commandant of this District, Dn Franco Rivas, on the twentieth day of the month February passed, with the exeception of * * * (machines) Antonio Blanchard to Carlos, Pablo and Francisco Babin: (in exchange) Plantation belonging to him which was delivered to us, situated in the referred District on the same bank of the said river, composed also of six arpents of front with forty of depth, bounded above by lands of Joseph Clouatre and below by those of Honorato Braud, which was possessed and purchased in exchange of another of his deceased father, Dn Anselmo Blanchard, as confirmed by the papers which he presents and inserts in this deed with the reserve * * * (Attached to this deed in French is:) Agreement made between Blanchard, father and Antoine Blanchard, son to-wit: Blanchard the father gives to his son Antoine the plantation of Pierre Dominque and two arpents which come from Joseph Clouatre, such as it comprises actually in exchange for that which had been sold to Mr. Sigur.
