Receipt - Juan Bauta. Babin to Juan Pedro Babin, his son

Received sum for the price of selling him a tract belonging to him (Juan Bauta 
Babin) situated in said District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded on the upper part by lands of Donato Ebert, and below by those of 
Joseph Babin, composed of four arpents of front with the ordinary depth of 
forty, according to the deed executed before me, Commandant, on the date of 
the tenth of April of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
