Receipt - Pablo Babin to Joseph McKelpin

Received price of a tract which he sold him, belonging to him, situated in the 
District of Baton Rouge at distance of one league and a half from the 
Mississippi river, at the place called "Bluff of the Source of the River" 
or "Hill of the Fountain" composed of five arpents and a half more or less, of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of 
Enrrique or Emerious Adam and below by those of Simon Alain, according to the 
deed executed before me, the present Commandant, dated the twentieth of 
October of the year passed, of one thousand eight hundred and three;
