Sale - Joseph Docite Babin to Augusto Landry 

A plantation with all its dependencies of my ownership, situated in said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of three arpents 
and fifteen toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the 
upper part by lands of Pablo Richard and below by those of my ownership, the 
same which was acquired and purchased of Juan Gerat, by deed executed before 
the present Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas, on the fourteenth of September of 
year passed, of one thousand eight hundred and three.
