All the cypress trees which the said man can cut with twelve negroes during 
the period of one year * * Understood that the land of which it is stated 
contains three arpents and borders below by Mr. Diego Ernandes and above by 
Mr. Bervique or Lahouset, there is reserved by Mr. Siprien twenty-five cypress 
trees which are nearset,  * *
