Sale - Simon Allain, husband of Margueritte Babin; Gregoire Babin in his name 
and as guardian of his brother, Paul Babin, his minor brother; Joseph Babin; 
Senateur Babin; Jean and Simon Babin; and Narcise Leblanc, husband of Marie 
Anne Babin; all heirs of their decd. mother, Elizabeth Leblanc, to their 
father, and father-in-law, Jean Baptiste Babin

All the rights that Elizabeth Leblanc had in the plantation belonging to their 
former community which is situated in this County, on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Joseph Leblanc called 
Michel and below by those of Simonet Paul Babin, composed of five arpents and 
twenty-five toises of land of front with forty of depth, the buildings, 
enclosures and other things which might be thereon, in a word, such as it 
comprises and contains at present, and this by means of the obligation which 
Jean Baptiste Babin contracts herein to pay to the succession of the community 
between him and the decd. Elizabeth Leblanc, his wife, in Jan. 1808, certain 
sum, which is the estimation of the said plantation.
