Sale - Paul Babin to Ignasce Babin, his uncle

A tract of six arpents front with the depth of forty arpents, without 
buildings, enclosures, or other establishments; situated between Mr. Clauatre 
and Etienne Comau on the right bank of the Mississippi river on ascending in 
this District. Having remitted title of concession.
