Sale - Bonavanture Babin to Simon Foret

A tract situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river on ascending 
between the plantation of Messrs. Jean Bpte and Jean Landry and that of 
Teodore Rivet called Codau containing about seven arpents front on the 
ordinary depth of forty arpents.

Receipt dated October 30, 1789 given by Babin to Foret.
