Sale - Charle Beau to Louis and Arcenne Beau

A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, and descending, adjacent above to the land of Mr. Joseph Heber and 
below to that of the said vendor, containing three arpents of front on the 
ordinary depth of forty, the buildings, enclosures which might be thereon, in 
a word, such as it comprises and contains actually, which belongs to the 
vendor for having been adjudicated at the time of the sale of the property of 
the late Guillaume Barret, the twenty-fourth day of November 1780.
