Sale - Pierre Belly to Nicolas DeVerbois

A tract of seven arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty, adjacent 
above to the lands of the Royal Dominion and below to those of the said Mr. 
DeVerbois which belong to him for having been conceded by the Government 
according to the title which were remitted to him at the instant, on the date 
of the 1st of September 1786, which land is situated in this District on the 
left bank of the Mississippi river and at the Point which is at one league and 
a half above the Church.
