Sale - Etienne Benoit to Jean Athanase Landry

Plantation of five arpents fourteen toises and three feet front on the river 
on the ordinary depth of forty arpents situated on the right bank ascending 
the river in this District adjacent above to Joseph Braud and below to a man 
named Michel Braud.
