The said plantation composed of ten arpents of front on the river and the ordinary depth, situated on the left bank of the river, on ascending (and near the Bayou of Plaquemine) bounded above by the land occupied presently by Mr. Louis Leonard and below by the parties herein above named that leaving from the boundary below on reascending one arpent of front at the said river and twenty- five of depth, the cypress trees which are found thereon, only and not including the land, will remain belonging to Mr. Pradie or all others.
