Sale - Guillermo Blaky to Josef de Rusman

A plantation belonging to me situated on the left bank, ascending, of the 
Bayou Manchak, at a distance of two leagues and a half from this Fort, 
composed of ten arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on 
one side by lands of Santiago Kelly, and on the other with those of Santiago 
Yabrogh, the same which was had and purchased of Dn. Christoval Bolling, on 
the first day of the month December of year one thousand seven hundred and 
four, as is confirmed by the act which is delivered signed by the two and is 
inserted as continuation of this deed.

(Written below the above instrument, is the following:)

The 15th day of July 1788, the obligation being concluded in my presence, 
between both parties, and signing, etc.
