Sale - Ysak le Blanc to Juan Alman

The part of the land belonging to me with the half of the house, and half of 
the fence which is found on the same, situated in the Prairie, the distance of 
four leagues from the Mississippi river, and at three from this Post, bounded 
on one side by the lands of Josef le Blanc, called Adu, my brother, and on the 
other by those of Estevan Hebert which together with the part of my brother, 
was purchased of Dn. Jayme Nicolson, by deed before Dn. Marcos de Villiers, on 
12th of Nov. of 1788 as and according to the act of partition, which is 
delivered, and is inserted in continuation of this deed; and likewise selling 
the half of the land which with my above said brother was had by concession, 
situated in the rear of the forty arpents of depth, of the preceding tract, 
consisting of the same front which is on the preceding tract, and only fifteen 
aprents in depth.
