Jayme Nicolson, by deed before Dn. Marcos de Villiers, on 12th of Nov. of 1788 as and according to the act of partition, which is delivered, and is inserted in continuation of this deed; and likewise selling the half of the land which with my above said brother was had by concession, situated in the rear of the forty arpents of depth, of the preceding tract, consisting of the same front which is on the preceding tract, and only fifteen aprents in depth.
