A tract belonging to them, situated in the expressed District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Simon Richard and below by those of the declarer, Joseph Docite Babin, composed of three arpents and fifteen toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, according to the deed executed before me, the present Commandant, date the twentieth of August of one thousand eight hundred and one.
