Sale - Franco Bony to Agustin Lombard

A small house which is in this Post situated near the Bayou on a quarter of an 
arpent of land bounded on all sides by lands of the King, which my decd. 
father, purchased of Brother Pedro Junipero, Sacristan, who was in this Parish.
