Sale - Juan Luis Bouche to Maria Josefa Doucet, wife of Nicolas Joseph Maton

A plantation with all its dependencies situated in the said District on the 
left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of front with the 
ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Josef 
Richard and below by those of the Dominion of His Majesty, the same which was 
possessed and purchased of Samuel and Juan McCulloch by document executed 
before the Commandant of this District who is we understand Dn Nicolas 
DeVerbois dated the eleventh of November of the year passed, of one thousand 
seven hundred ninety-five.
