Sale - Francisca Bouche, widow of the decd. Jacobo Lanterne to Joseph Richard

A plantation belonging to me situated in the said District on the left bank of 
the Mississipi river, composed of five arpents of front on the ordinary depth 
of forty, bounded above by lands of Gorge Scholfield and below by those of 
Juan Luis Bouche, the same which was possessed and purchased of Samuel and 
Juan McCullock by deed executed in this District before the Commandant, 
(Provisional) Dn Pedro Belly on the thirtieth day of the month of June of one 
thousand seven hundred ninety-six.
