Sale - Dominique Bourgeois to Jean Baptiste Villars, free negro

A tract of his ownership situated in this said County on the right bank of the 
Bayou called of the Fork of Plaquemine between the possessions on the right, 
of his father, Andre Bourgeois, and on the left, of Jean Maille, composed of 
five arpents of front on forty of depth, selling same to him such as it 
comprises and contains, with the exception of the posts which form a ** which 
land belongs to the vendor for having been purchased with eleven arpents of 
front besides, of the savage nation of the Commandant of this Territory of the 
District of Iberville, the sixth of February of the year 1804, which is 
deposited in the archives of this County.
