All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net February 22, 2007, 6:53 pm Written: September 20, 1805 Date: September 20, 1805 Sale - Dominique Bourgeois to Andre Bourgeois, his brother A tract of his ownership, situated at the same place, on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork of Plaquemine, composed of five arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above or the right, by the land which he had sold to Jean Baptiste Villars, free negro, by act passed before me and deposited in the archives of this County; and below by or the left by lands of Antoine Lanclos Sr. selling him the same such as it is comprised and contains; the same which he had purchased with eleven arpents of front more on the said depth from the savages of the Chetimachas nation, residing at the said place, as can be seen by the act of sale on date of the sixth of Feb. of the year passed, 1804 passed before Mr. Francois Rivas, then Commandant of the District of Iberville, deposited in the archives of this above said County.
