Sale - Andre Bourgeois to Juan Troxello

A tract of his ownership, situated in this County of Iberville, on the right 
bank of the Bayou called the Fork of Plaquemine, composed of five arpents of 
front on the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above or the right by the land 
of the free negro, Jean Baptiste Villars and below or the left by that of 
Antoine Lanclos; selling him the same such as it is comprised and contains; 
the same which he had purchased of his brother, Dominique Bourgeois, several 
months ago according to as it is confirmed by the act of sale which he had 
passed to him before me, on date of this day and deposited in the archives of 
this Commandant.
