Sale - Roberto Brasil to Carlos Samson 

A tract belonging to me with all its dependencies, and in the condition in 
which it was found, situated in the said District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of four arpents and twenty-seven toises of front 
with the ordinary depth of forty, bounde above by lands of Pedro Hebert and 
below by those of Narciso Ebert, the same which was possessed and puchased of 
Donato Ebert by deed executed before the actual Commandant Dn Francisco Rivas 
on the twelfth day of the month of December of the year one thousand seven 
hundred ninety-eight.
