All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net January 19, 2007, 12:38 pm Written: June 6, 1806 Date: June 6, 1806 Sale - Olivier Brasset to Michel Hebert A tract situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the lands of his father, Amant Hebert and below by that of Pedro Flores, composed of eight arpents, more or less, of front and forty of depth, in a word, such as this land comprises and contains at present, which belongs to the vendor for having had the ownership by a donation, private, which was made him by his mother, the Widow Pierre Brasseux, as well as his brothers and brothers-in-law, according to as it is shown by this document, which he has remitted to the purchaser; and his decd. father, Pierre Brasset, on being in possession according to as it is confirmed by the concession which was accorded to him by the Government of His Catholic Majesty, as one can see by the titles which he presents and remits to the purchaser on date of the 28th of May 1791; and the decree following, of July 2, 1792.
