Sale - Pierre Braud to Joseph Como

A plantation of five arpents and two toises front on the river by the ordinary 
depth of forty arpents situated on the left bank ascending the river in this 
District adjacent above to the man named Joseph Moran and below to the man 
named Pierre Cloatre.
