Sale - Michel Braud to Jean Landry

A plantation of five arpents and a half or thereabout of front, on the 
ordinary depth of forty arpents, which is situated on left bank of the 
Mississippi river between Willam Henderson on the lower side, and the vendor 
on the upper side, the said land coming from the succession of Marie Benoit, 
widow of Jean Charles Breau, his father and mother.
