Sale - Arcene Braud to Luis Braud, his brother

A tract with all the dependencies situated in the said district on the right 
bank of the Mississippi river, composed of one arpent and a half of front with 
the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of the 
purchaser and below by the plantation of our brother, Carlos Braud, the same 
which was possessed and purchased with an aprent and a half more in 
partnership with said brother, Luis Braud, of the same Carlos Braud by deed 
executed before the Provisional Commandant of this District who is we 
understand, Dn Pedro Voisin, dated the fourth of March of one thousand seven 
hundred ninety-seven.
